The Elliott Marketing Group (EMG) provides complete support coordination and management of hospitality programs.
At the Elliott Marketing Group (EMG) we provide the tools to plan, budget, activate your program with a positive attitude and understanding of your goals AT ANY special event or corporate meeting and make it turnkey for you.
- STRATEGIC PLANNING
The Elliott Marketing Group can provide Strategic planning for your motorsports program. We will consult on what type of events that works with your customers i.e., Suites, Chalets or Hospitality trailers.
- Cost evaluation and budgets

- VIP SERVICES
The Elliott Marketing Group will coordinate VIP services including:
- TICKETS
- We can obtain tickets to all motorsports events for your clients and personnel for one-event, or for the entire season.
- LOGISTICS
EMG will coordinate all
- Lodging
- Air and ground transportation "to-and-from" including Limousine, bus, helicopter transfers from hotels, airports, etc. to your event location to meet your specific needs. We also have private jet service available via our Jetworks® network of private jets located throughout the world.
- Communicate and coordinate with V.I.P. guests, customers and employees.
- Support the Invitation Process of Invited guests.
- Shipments of your products and equipment
- Coordinate with the event facility for Hospitality and event tickets, special VIP Credentials, Food and beverage, accommodations, parking, and any special needs to implement the program.
- Locate and secure evening hospitality functions with restaurants to needs and specifications.
- Develop hospitality information packet with all pertinent details.
- Order, coordinate and deliver all premium items as well as inventory of items as requested by Client.
EMG WILL PROVIDE EXPERIENCED PERSONNEL TO MANAGE AND PROVIDE A
FIRST CLASS HOSPITALITY ENVIRONMENT ALONG WITH THE
FOLLOWING AT-EVENT HOSPITALITY SERVICES:
- Decorate area to specifications.
- Sign-in/check-in and professionally greet your guests at the entrance.
- Coordinate Hospitality give-a-ways
- Set-up Tours and/or Garage Area access tours (where available) for guests at racing venues.
- Coordinate personal appearances by driver, crew and owner to sign autographs and make speeches to guests (where available).
- Arrange premium items to be delivered to the event for distribution to guests.
- Coordinate time(s) and place for photographer.
- At the completion of your event secure and package your goods for return shipment.
Provide you with an event recap.
